•   Relational in nature

•   Decentralized

•   Non-hierarchal/Maintains ministry contact

2. Facilitating Mentoring relationships by:

•   Organized conferences and retreats with agendas driven by the mentoring needs of participants.

•   One to one mentoring.

•   Promoting relationships with the recognition of mutual submission, realizing that we can all learn from each other.

3. Providing training relationships that will equip you to work in the churches.  Once trained there will be ministry         opportunities on teams concentrating, among others, on:

           Intercession              Training and Education            Church Growth                 Counseling

           Arts                          Church Planting                        Youth                                 Church Administration

4. Ministry Assessment Program (M.A.P.)

5. Other intensive training and equipping programs for you and your church recognizing that programs are always secondary to relationships.
